For new Aya Care users, it normally takes 7-21 days to obtain your card after completing your Aya Care onboarding. Please wait for the Aya card to arrive within the time frame indicated.
Existing users must log in to their Aya Care account to verify their address. Once the address verification is complete, the cards will be dispatched immediately. If you do not receive a prompt to verify your address after logging in, please ensure that you have the latest version of Aya Care installed and clear your cache before logging in again.
If it has been more than 21 days of address verification, please contact support@ayacare.com to confirm your Aya Card status.
