Want a report of all the claims I submitted?

Please send us an email at support@ayacare.com if you want a report with all of the claims submitted over a specific time period. One of our support staff members will generate a report and send it to you within the following 24-48 hours of receiving your request. Please specify the rows and columns required in the report requested.

This information is also available on your Aya dashboard, where all completed,submitted and draft claims are listed.
