If you accidentally used your Aya card to make a purchase when you intended to use another payment option, kindly request the seller to immediately cancel the transaction. Your Aya funds may take up to 24 hours to be processed to your account after the transaction has been declared invalid.
In the event that a Mastercard transaction shows up in your Aya dashboard's draft section, please contact support@ayacare.com so that, when the refund is handled, our team may examine the transaction and have it deleted.
