I lost my receipt. Can I still submit my claim?

CRA's guidelines require us to obtain documentary evidence (in the form of a receipt or similar) in order for a claim to be reviewed.

If you have misplaced your receipt it is best to reach out to the merchant and try to obtain a copy of the invoice.

Claims can be submitted without a receipt however an approval may not be issued. Any evidence you can support your claim with would be helpful to the Adjudicator making the decision.
