How to terminate an employee from the plan administrator dashboard?

With the release of a long awaited feature, plan administrators now have the ability to terminate a user on their Aya Care system.

To get started, simply follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your Aya Care account.
  2. Navigate to the Employee Management section.




  3. Find the employee you wish to terminate.
  4. Click on the "Terminate" button.
       . 
  5. Enter the date of termination (termination will happen upon EOD of the selected date) and click on terminate.



  6. You can see if an employee is marked for termination on the dashboard.
