Can I increase my HSA/WSA allocation?

Allocations for Wellness Spending Accounts or Health Spending Accounts cannot be increased in the middle of the plan year. According to the CRA, an increase in the allocation is only permitted in the case of a life event (such as a childbirth, promotion, etc.). It is advised to make the alterations, nevertheless, when the plan is renewed.
